PAYMENT
All goods must be paid for in full before delivery unless otherwise arranged with and confirmed in writing by an authorised Twist Of Fate employee or director.

CREDIT FACILITIES
All orders made on account must be paid strictly 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise arranged with and confirmed in writing by an authorised Twist Of Fate employee or director.

DELIVERY
All orders will be dispatched and sent for delivery within the timescale stated on order. No responsibility will be taken  by Twist Of Fate Uk ltd. for delivery failure due to external postal or courier services not fulfilling their own contractual responsibilities. In the event of goods not arriving due to the failure of of said external postal/courier services, Twist Of Fate Uk Ltd. will endeavor to send a replacement/s as soon as possible based on stock availability and agreed liability by the appointed postal/courier service.

DAMAGES
All damaged goods will be replaced if it deemed to be the fault of the courier/postal service and liability by them is agreed, or if it is obviously proven to be negligence on the part of Twist Of fate Uk Ltd. Goods will not be replaced if damage is strongly suspected/ proven to have happened whilst in the possession of any purchaser of the goods, direct or in direct.

FAULTY GOODS
Any goods found to be faulty will be replaced in full by Twist Of fate UK Ltd. This does not include minor changes to the advertised design Which Twist of Fate Uk Ltd. reserves the right to alter without prior notice e.g. Slight colour variation within printers 10% allowance or minor alts to wording that do not constitute an alteration in usage or major over all look.

MISUSE
No responsibility will be taken for the misuse of any goods sold by Twist Of Fate Uk Ltd. if used for anything other than than the advertised purpose sold or instructed, or if any harm should come from ignoring any guidelines set out by Twist Of Fate Uk Ltd.

REFUSAL TO SELL
Twist Of Fate Uk Ltd. reserves the right to refuse sale to any person/company it deems unsuitable to purchase from us. No reason or excuse need be given.
